"Unbelievable" reaction? Gimme a break. You haven't been around long have you? Their mindset is that this guy is misled and probably an apostate thus the reaction. I think this disbelief is all show. You know damn well they are acting on dogma. I would have ignored him too, even now. Religious fanatics are all suffering from mental weakness. I'm not willing to be led by the nose by the Jesus of their making. He was a wretch and now he's free? Hardly.

The reason I just can't believe in god
by jambon1 infor the first time in ages though, i actually re-evaluated my position on god/wt.. i had attended a few funerals in the spring and had also reignited some friendships with people from the hall.
but actually, i just keep going round in circles in my mind.
i cannot back an organisation with such a flawed past and one that endorses such policies as shunning & blood.

Is their a slackening off / lack of zeal in the witnessing work that I am observing or is it just the area I`m living in
by smiddy inlast saturday i was home with my wife,having a leisurely brekky pottering around in the kitchen ,then i noticed her standing still pondering ,what`s up i asked , wife :i thought i heard someone knocking ,i looked out the window to see two middle aged guys exciting my front drive.why didn`t you tell me they were their,i didn`t hear them.
i would have engaged them in conversation , but my wife doesn`t think i ought to,just let it go ,is her motto.. but my point is : i`m not deaf , and i didn`t hear them at the door , we were both in the front room ,my wife only thought she heard someone at the door only to be proved right observing them leaving i was in my pj`s and dressing gown so was not going to pursue them.
we have been living here nearly 5 years now and i can honestly say they have never been on our doorstep more than 4 times if that , i personally have only encountered them 3 times at the most.

They do not preach with zeal what they do not really believe. Few actually believe the end is NEAR so why bust thier ass telling others. No "sense of urgency" no effort preaching. Its a religion bent on saving one's butt, not from sin but from big bad Jehoober who will soon rot eyes out of people who don't tow the line.

If you had to write a page called "kingdom hall'' what would you write?
by Aussie Oz ini am writing stuff for the benefit of my kids mainly, i may one day make it public and i am a liitle stumped on kingdom hall.. the thrust of my writings is whats wrong with jws, on many subjects naturaly.
i try to contain the info to one page per subject.. just what is 'wrong' with a kingdom hall?
maybe i need to drop the subject?

I watched "Game Change" I`m curious about americans take on this movie,and their attitude to Sarah Palin
